Horse Reunion

Recently, I talked about death and math here, and discussed why I don’t commit my best stories to paper here.

I’m also finally done with my six readings this month.  Shards: A Live Book Trailer went perfectly!  Natalie Bird, Jason Faust, and Christopher Stephens were wonderful, and the scenes all played really well.  Pics here, and video coming soon.  The Center for Fiction is a beautiful space, and it was a real highlight to be able to read/perform there!

I also saw Eragon for the first time in a month.  I normally do not take time off riding, even in bad weather, but the book tour had me traveling or working all month.  Whenever I take time off, he is insanely impatient for me to tack him up, and gives me lots of glares if I’m moving too slow.  Once he’s working again, he’s excellent, as he was today.  I captured one of his impatient looks here–basically he’s staying Where have you been??? And why is everything taking you so long??

where the #$*& have you been?!
